Getting started

Tu punto de partida

Find your level and get to know RSA before you enroll.

Do I need to know Spanish to start?

No. Complete beginners can start at Beginner A.0 and enroll directly. If you already know some Spanish, take the free placement test to find a suitable starting point.

How do I use my placement result?

Choose the placement-result pathway in Registration and use your enrollment email. If needed, RSA sends a personal enrollment link so you can continue without repeating the test.

Can I try a class before enrolling?

Yes. Book a free trial using the available dates. Your confirmation explains any placement step to complete before class. A free trial does not create a paid membership.

Your class, your way

Tu clase, a tu manera

Understand the details and choose what works for you.

How much do classes cost?

Review the current offer and available class in Registration. Your enrollment and checkout identify the price, what is included and the first-charge schedule before you authorize payment. Private lessons and Bootcamps are separate offers unless your confirmation states otherwise.

Can I attend in person or online?

Hybrid classes let you attend at the academy in Indianapolis or join live online, according to the arrangement confirmed for your group. Check the class details when enrolling.

How long is a sublevel?

A regular sublevel follows an eight-week cycle with one two-hour group class per week, subject to the academic calendar. Consolidation sublevels and special programs follow the schedule confirmed by RSA.

A little clarity for the rest of your learning journey.

What happens if I miss a class?

An individual absence does not cancel the group class. Review the materials shared in Classroom and contact Admissions about any available makeup under your accepted agreement. A rescheduled group class follows the replacement date communicated to the group.

How do I request a pause or cancellation?

Use your RSA student portal, the personal request form from Admissions, or email info.admin@realspanishacademy.com. Review the Student Agreement & Policies for notice requirements. A request receipt is different from confirmation of the effective date and billing action.

Do I need a placement level for Bootcamp?

The Christmas Bootcamp welcomes different levels through collaborative activities adapted by the teaching team. Review the event details and request your spot; an inquiry alone is not a confirmed paid enrollment.

Where is the academy?

Real Spanish Academy is at 711 E 65th St, Indianapolis, IN 46220, in Broad Ripple. Visit Contact us for directions or call (317) 671-6063.
